Despite our short growing season June through October, we produce over 30 unique botanicals on our certified organic herb farm in East Calais, Vermont. We may experience drought, flooding, weed pressure and labor shortage, among other seasonal challenges. But we are passionate about growing and work hard to preserve the integrity of each individual botanical through every step of the process. With the exception of a few herbs we are thrilled for the ability to continually grow, harvest, dry, cut and sift the highest quality herbs on our farm.
