Can I pick up my order at the farm?

Yes, you can!  Select 'Pickup in store' at check-out.  We will notify you when your order is ready.

 

How long do processing and shipping take?

We ship orders 1-3 days after they are placed.  Once we've packed your order, you will receive tracking information via email.

 

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We Generally ship vie UPS.  If there is another carrier which you'd like us to use, please contact us.

 

There was an error message when I tried placing my order. What should I do?

Can I add or edit my order after it has been placed?

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, but email (orders@fosterfarmbotanicals.com) or call us (802-456-1590) and we'd be happy to make any changes to your order if it hasn't left the farm yet.

 

Are your herbs organic?

Yes, all of our herbs are certified organic by Vermont Organic Farmers (VOF).

 

How do you dry your herbs?

We dry our herbs in a combination of large batch dryers (for aerial portions and roots) and rack drying (for blossoms) immediately after harvesting from the fields.

 

Do you have certificates of analysis for your herbs?

Yes, they're available upon request for every lot we produce. 

 

Do you contract grow?

Yes! The contract order minimum is 500 lbs dried.

 

Do you sell fresh botanicals?

Yes! We have a fresh preorder program. Learn more here.

 

Do you sell seeds and/or seedlings?

No, we do not currently offer seeds/seedlings. We transplant all seedlings we produce into the fields for our own herbal production.

 

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we ship to all 50 states and Canada.

 

Do your products contain any allergens?

Our products do not contain any gluten, meat, dairy, shellfish, eggs, yeast, peanut, corn, soy or sesame. 

 

Are you products vegan?

Yes, all of our products are vegan.

 

Can I consume these products during pregnancy or lactation?

If you are pregnant or lactating, please consult with your healthcare professional before taking herbs.

     

What is the best way to store dried herbs?

We recommend storing your bags of dried herbs in a cool, dry and dark place. We prefer to put the herbs in labeled amber glass jars.
