 Foeniculum vulgare, otherwise known as fennel, is a highly aromatic plant. It rivals anise in both flavor and scent. Often used in the culinary world for food and drink recipes. Some of the crew’s favorite dishes include locally grown roasted root vegetables seasoned with fennel seeds. This herb doesn’t just taste great, it also has been used to increase lactation and relieve indigestion.
