Invigorating to the mind and spirit, this magical herb is neither anise nor hyssop, but a member of the mint family. Anise hyssop is native to North America and has historically been appreciated for its incredible floral aroma, as well as its nutritive and astringent properties. 

Pollinators just love this annual, and it is one of the major attractors of beneficial insects to our fields. We harvest this plant in the heat of Summer, and typically get one lush harvest.

The aroma and taste are uplifting and exceptionally pleasant. Add the herb to tea blends, sweet treats, salad dressings, or hang in the home as potpourri.
