Horehound

This herb is a perennial that flowers, and the taste is quite bitter. Known for its supportive properties, horehound is often enjoyed in botanical candies and syrup for respiratory wellness. Folklore suggests the herb was used to reject spells from witches.

We find this fuzzy-leafed herb quite easy to grow on the farm.
