I have been involved in the natural food business since 1985. In 2006 received the distinguished alumnus award from NYC College of Technology where I studied culinary arts. As a founder of Annie's Naturals a salad dressing and condiment company. I was responsible for developing the recipes. My love and interest in food was inspired by my mother who was both a fantastic cook and collector of recipes. My first introduction to the world of herbal medicine was from Adele Dawson a local legend in Vermont.
Farming has been a lifelong interest that has now become a reality. I love working with herbs, and the land to produce a product that will enhance the lives of others. I also believe in being a good steward to the farm that has been in my family for 200 years. As a founder of Annie's Naturals, a salad dressing and condiment company, I was responsible for marketing and brought the company national recognition and distribution.

I grew up in Saratoga Springs, NY. It wasn’t until my senior year in high school when I discovered my passion for agriculture while working on a vegetable farm in Washington County, NY. I went on to study Sustainable Agriculture at Sterling College in Craftsbury Common, VT, eventually starting my own farm business which I ran for four years before teaming up with Peter and Annie to start Foster Farm Botanicals. I greatly enjoy the many complexities and endless beauty involved in the cultivation, processing, and marketing of our premium botanicals.
